@GustavS, who delivered a perfect lesson on the future of AI in this long form conversation. I've had the pleasure of knowing and learning from Gustav for many years, yet even I picked a ton of new information.
One thing in particular that struck me was Spotify's new view on how "the AI is now the product".
Whereas previously in consumer products, AI was in service of delivering the very best UI for the users.
But now, the role of the UI is to feed the most high quality data back into the AI to produce the very best content experience for the user. You can hear Gustav's articulation of this concept in the attached video.
