EXPLAIN shows: index scan with massive I/O wait.
Adding sub query tweaked it and force it use parallel sequential scan.

- Overall: Oracle leads (~30% share est.), MS SQL ~20%, Postgres ~15%, NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) ~15-20%.
- Enterprises: Oracle dominates (35-40%), MS SQL 25%, Postgres 15-20%, NoSQL 20%.
- Small businesses: Postgres/MySQL ~30-35% each, MS SQL 10-15%, NoSQL 20%.
- Public sector/Gov: Oracle/MS SQL 30-40% each, Postgres 10-15%, NoSQL limited (5-10%).
