The Communist Chinese aggressors have no historical claim to the Philippine islands of the South. They didn't even know many of them existed before their representatives in Manila got to see the American maps in the early 20th century. I really hope @JeffreyOrdaniel and the good people at @wps_ph can make the video of Dr. Bill Hayton of Chatham House available so people can spread and re-upload it. More people must know how deep the myirad of CCP lies go! #ManilaDialogue #WPS

Dr. Bill Hayton discuss the history of the South China Sea stating that Chinese officials in the late 19th century said “They avoided any ownership of the Paracels Islands” that they had nothing to do with it. By 1933 China state that Pratas and Parcel islands have been part of China but no mention of the Spartly Islands. And by 1943 at the Cairo Declaration China had declared at the time that from Mongolia to the Paracel was Chinese territory. It was only at the year 1947 when a Chinese expedition then they started to claim the Spartly Islands.
