It can make sense for some. All depends how important your free flow cash is. I have 14 years left on a 30 Year fixed. Homes value is 3.1M and I never want to pay it off as the interest and other things is a write off. I’m living free. 😂 I can’t find a 3 bedroom condo cheaper.
