Every cycle: “User acquisition is everything!” Also every cycle: Projects forget to build stuff users can actually use. It’s not just “bring them in.” It’s “what happens after they get here?” Distribution gets attention. Retention builds ecosystems.

An ecosystem isn’t made of logos. It’s made of loops. → Users return → Merchants integrate → Devs build on what works Kaia’s stablecoin summer is about creating real feedback loops around USDt, rewards, and payments. If your stablecoin strategy depends on hype, not usage, it’s not ready to scale.

GroundX, as the initial developer of Klaytn, led the development and launch of the Klaytn mainnet and released key services such as Klip, KAS, and Klip Drops. Through these contributions, it played a significant role as a core GC (Governance Council) member and developer within the Klaytn ecosystem. However, due to various environmental changes and internal business shifts within GroundX, the company has decided to retire from the GC to allow for more suitable council members to support the growth and expansion of the Kaia ecosystem. While GroundX’s departure from the GC is regrettable, we will continue exploring and pursuing various collaborations with other Kakao-affiliated companies. I am deeply grateful for GroundX’s contributions to date.

You can’t MVP your way into trust. At some point, someone will depend on what you built. Treat every decision like that moment is already here!

Reminder: If you're designing for a 24/7 market, downtime tolerance has to start at the infra level. Infra can’t rest because the markets don’t.

Scaling isn’t about handling traffic 🚗 It’s about meeting people where they are and building infra that flexes without being seen. That’s what Kaia taught me. And that’s what more chains need to learn. Let’s keep scaling the right way!

#6: Distribution is an architectural decision. We didn’t build the market. We architected for channels (LINE, Kakao) from day one. That’s why we’re not chasing traction we’re supporting it.

#5: You don’t scale by shouting. You scale by disappearing. We made infra invisible so the experience could take the spotlight. Most users don’t know they’re on Kaia. That’s the win.

#4: Infra decisions compound. 1s block time creates trust. Predictability > performance. That one choice reshaped how Mini Dapps feel. Games are smoother. Payments hit instantly. Expectations change.
