very interesting observation. from my pov, the same playbook every new and sustainable narrative follow would be: phase 1: easy edges + narrative hype phase 2: tools + agents + verticalization phase 3: edge becomes operational efficiency what happens next after Kalshi or Polymarket has its position settled would be a stack of micro-games built on the same incentive layer. this is when the easy meta phase ends and it becomes way more competitive.

Thanks for your post that introduces @lightconetrade to me. And I really think the concepts "impact markets" or "multiverse finance" are pretty cool. For those who don't bet ever on prediction markets but trade all the time on dex/cex, it would be a familiar/easy-to-use product.

Great point at the start of this article about how the PMs will allow for adjacent opportunities to build on the ecosystem

I think you’ve nailed it - It won't be one monolithic platform; it's an ecosystem of adjacent primitives. The Impact Market primitive is the biggest unlock here. Taking the probability variable out of the trade isolates the true financial impact—that's a net-new risk tool for institutions.
