I don’t know when exactly, but Web3 community feels… different lately. I don’t know who started it or what triggered it. But one thing’s for sure: something has shifted. Look at what’s happening on my X timelines or even in @RialoHQ Discord, where people are busy posting selfies and sexy photos just to get a role that they refer to as a 'contribution'. Ironically, when someone tried to question this absurdity, a @RialoHQ moderator simply replied, “Contribution is contribution,” and then gave a timeout without any fair discussion. I’ve been following the project for a while and even covered it early on. But, to be honest, i was shocked to see how arrogant a moderator could become just because a woman hid behind the excuse of 'needing protection'. What she actually needed was validation. It’s a justification for intellectual laziness. A shield to cover the fact that part of the community has lost the ability to tell the difference between value creation and attention seeking. Imagine spending hours creating art, writing research, or building something from scratch, only to be equated with someone who just opens their front camera and says “gm guys” while tagging a project. Not every selfie comes from women, but the truth is this culture pressures women in Web3 to show up in front of the camera to be seen as active. That’s where a new bias forms. Those who don’t show up are seen as passive. And what about those who still uphold one of Web3’s core principles, anonymity? They’re the ones most affected by this bad habit, which I personally think started from the @monad community. I just don’t want this to become a norm, where community systems legitimize it. Roles are handed out, engagement goes up, but the substance is zero. Even Ghozali needed 933 days of consistent selfies before turning them into an NFT collection, and that was creative. He built a concept and stayed consistent. But now? People take one selfie on Discord and suddenly call themselves Web3 contributors. What contribution does a pose like this make? If this is what we consider to be a contribution, then we're moving backwards, not forwards. How did someone like this get their allocation? Are they really deserving? Should this be allowed to become a widespread practice? Even worse, some don’t even use their real face. Generate AI photo, upload it, tag a project, write “gm builders”, and wait for engagement from simps or project mods. Look at this one: Platform like @ethos_network are much healthier than the selfie habit. On-chain activity has value, and reputation reflects how much someone contributes or earns trust. It goes far beyond simply showing your body on camera. Within the context of DRS, this is exactly why reputation must be measured objectively, not through social optics. I’m not here to ban selfies or stop anyone from expressing themselves. I’m talking about ethics and impact. Do it because you want to, not because you expect a reward. Do it without sexual undertones, because that adds no value. I want projects to stop turning a blind eye. I want projects to focus on quality and real contributions. I want projects to reward effort. I want Web3 to stay true and healthy. Everything i wrote here comes from a shared concern across the community. I’m just voicing it. Only my community? Nah, it comes from majority. *I'm not trying to attack anyone personally, it's just that these images are on my timeline, and I'm using them as examples. I think they post it fully aware of what they're doing*

2 years in, @celestia moved from "build whatever" to clear product market fit in high performance onchain trading. only stack combining ~2 ms rollup latency, ~6 s finality, ~200k TPS DA bandwidth, privacy and permissionless exits. exactly what low latency venues need teams shipping on this stack: • @hibachi_xyz sub millisecond matching on private DA with encrypted state and zk verified updates • @etherealdex EVM appchain with Arbitrum execution and Celestia DA, USDe native perps live • @xodotmarket sovereign appchain using Celestia for DA • @Trade_VEX scaling spot with every trade generating proofs and storing them on Celestia • @rise_chain pushing low latency execution with claims of sub second finality and high TPS and more... Order of operations mattered. @celestia did DAS and economic security first, then kept turning the performance knob. ZK moves into the state machine next which brings faster multichain deposits and a UX that makes onchain feel invisible. net: if you care about the lowest latency venues with real guarantees, the road keeps leading to @celestia
Today is the second anniversary of Celestia's mainnet. Two years' worth of iterations, learnings, ups and downs, and thousands upon thousands of Git commits. When you're building something new, you can get some things right, but you also get a lot wrong. We certainly did. I've been working on Celestia for 6 years, and have been in crypto for 15 years. I've seen the industry evolve and mature over time, from the early cypherpunk days in 2010, to the ICO craze in 2017 where everyone believed that Web3 will entirely replace Web2 and we're going to put everything on chain, to today: a more matured perspective on where blockchains actually have product-market fit. Similarly, Celestia also launched with a "build whatever" mindset, trying to be something to everyone, without a clear focus on what kind of chains people were actually going to build on Celestia's high throughput. We burned many cycles going down unproductive rabbit holes. But taking this approach led us somewhere more powerful than we could've planned: we found a hot spot of product activity. Over the past year, numerous high-performance onchain trading products have begun choosing Celestia. Why? Today, Celestia is the *only* way to ship the lowest latency onchain trading venues by any metric. You get: • 2ms latency with rollup frameworks like Sovereign SDK, • 6 second finality on Celestia (100x faster than other rollup base layers), and • ~200k TPS worth of bandwidth. Celestia is the only product that offers this combination, with projects like Bullet, Hibachi, VEX, RISE, Ethereal, and XO Market already pioneering this frontier with Celestia underneath. And while building around the needs of these projects... we now have a short-cut for doubling down in this direction :) More soon.

When most people talk about the Monad community, it's clear that they're only capable of building it, not making it prosper. So here, i will talk about Monad from a different perspective, something that many people, and even its own community never highlight. Monad documentation states that they support parallel execution, whose process or model is very similar to STM. They even acknowledge this in their documentation. Although the STM model was discovered in 1995, it was initially only used for data synchronisation. Aptos later redeveloped it into a blockchain and introduced it as BlockSTM for parallel execution. In other words, Monad stole the technology and did not acknowledge it. Movement uses BlockSTM openly and with permission. Even though Aptos made it open source, developers should still act ethically. Monad has been selling and highlighting parallel execution since the beginning, even mentioning it on its website. However, they won't admit it. But what's even funnier than this? Monad's co-founder did not refute the Aptos team's facts with valid arguments, but instead said something completely meaningless. "you used to poop on the floor?" As you can see, these are the characteristics that Monad and his team have had from the beginning: edgy and childish. I have been discussing Monad in my private channel since the beginning of the year, because if I brought it up in public, I would certainly be attacked by a group of edgy people like their leader, who sets a bad example. They haven't been communicative from the start, even on matters such as technology. What do you expect from them now? I'm not surprised to hear that many communities are ineligible for the Monad airdrop, but I am surprised that the number is so small, more than 90% of those actively involved in Monad to support them are getting nothing. What I see now is even sadder: it's community versus community. There are those who have it, those who still benefit from Monad's inner circle and those who still hope for projects within the ecosystem, even if they only get a few roles that may not mean anything. What can you expect from them now? I just want to ask: who are you fighting for? Who are you protecting? Something that was clearly unfair from the start? If it's for yourself, you're no better than Monad copying Aptos. You deserve to be abandoned by everyone after this, just like Monad, which has the potential to become a dead chain. You deserve criticism. You deserve everything the community is saying about Monad right now. This is my personal opinion. Feel free to discuss, but please note that i will not respond to comments that lack substance, as the Monad co-founder seems to do. Good luck anw.

Crypto works! There’s still a long way to go, but crypto has come a long way. Yesterday, I wanted more exposure to @solsticefi and remembered I had some stable tokens on Katana. I started doing the bridging math in my head: •I’d start at @JumperExchange •Next bridge Katana vbUSDT to USDT0 on Arbitrum/Base, •Next bridge USDT0 from Arbitrum/Base to USDC on Solana and eventually swap USDC to $USX... sounds stressful already😅. Then a thought popped up: is $USX on Jumper? YES! Another thought popped: can I bridge vbUSDT from Katana straight to $USX on Solana? YES! And with little slippage too! For some reason, I didn’t think I could do that. But yeah, crypto works, to a reasonable extent now.

Remember when they handed six AI bots $10K each to trade crypto? DeepSeek crushed it up 30% in 2 days - while ChatGPT and Gemini tanked Well, now @Talus_Labs just teamed up with @lagrangedev to make sure AI agents can’t pull a fast one on you They’re integrating DeepProve, the world’s fastest zkML library, into Talus agents so every on-chain action comes with a cryptographic receipt DeepProve breaks AI inference into parallel chunks, proves each step, then packs it all into one compact proof - no data leaks, no black boxes. It’s already live on GPT-2, Gemma3, MLPs, and CNNs in DeFi and enterprise pilots • Phase 1: PoC in Nexus - agents will generate proof of their on-chain decisions. • Phase 2: Rollout to @idoldotfun’s AvA Markets for provably fair AI vs AI duels and Talus Vision for verifiable workflow templates Why you should care: If agents are gonna manage your money, execute complex DeFi strategies, or handle enterprise workflows, you need proof they’re doing what they claim. This partnership gives you that
