I do think people often err on the side of trying to make their prompts too succinct, even if the idea they're trying to move from their own brain into the model's brain is very complex. I have some >100 page prompts that I use pretty regularly.
running apps "within" AI modes was clunky enough that I had of list of UX and technical issues. with the announcement of ChatGPT Apps, OpenAI addressed most of these.
Highlight of my day yesterday:
-> 245pm-250pm: plan major refactor prompt with @opencode
-> Kick in off in codex
-> 300pm-400pm: go on a run
-> Come back to codex cranking for 45m and one shotting the refactor
I am in the middle of prompting an LLM about to push the result to Prod, and my wife brings me dino nuggies (not asked for) with sauce as I get a one shot prompt completed. So hows your day going?
