Trump ordering the release of government files on JFK, RFK and MLK assassinations is a great thing. I don't know how much of the real evidence is in there, but I'll take it. And I'd like to remind my friends on the left, releasing the files was originally a left-wing position.

Oh man, as @aaronsibarium is pretending to report a neighbor to the Oregon state bias hotline for putting up an Israeli flag, the employee suggests recording his neighbor and tells him, “Oregon is a single party consent to record, so you could record conversations.” 😂
NEW: Many states and cities now have bias reporting systems for citizens to report each other for "hate speech." Oregon's hotline solicits reports of "offensive jokes" and even logged the Israeli flag as a bias incident when I reported a display of one. Wokeness is not dead.🧵

The email all federal employees will have received by the end of today: “We are taking steps to close all agency DEIA offices and end all DEIA-related contracts.” “These programs divided Americans by race, wasted taxpayer dollars, and resulted in shameful discrimination.” “If you are aware of a change in any contract description or personnel position description since November 5, 2024 to obscure the connection between the contract and DEIA or similar ideologies, please report all facts and circumstances…within 10 days.”

I can no longer to afford to stay silent. I am scheduled to go to trial in a few weeks in a place which has up until this point been nothing less than a kangaroo court. All of the most basic rules have been violated in favor of a corrupted DOJ and all of it has come at the cost of my constitutional rights. The crimes they are charging me with are utter fabrications - nothing less than dispatches from a fantasy world. They are charging with me crimes which they have not defined, which they have shown us no evidence of, which no one knows the basis for, and are completely unprecedented in American history. And the people who swore to uphold the constitution and the rights of criminal defendants are using the authority granted by that oath to protect themselves, to preserve an evil ideology, and to destroy the very people that oath is meant to protect. The Trump administration took office a few days ago and issued an Executive Order to end the weaponization of the DOJ against its own citizens. But I can assure you that today that weaponization is just as alive as it was January 19th, 2025. Because the acting US Attorney is running cover while this weaponized prosecution is being accelerated behind closed doors in direct violation of the President's Executive Order. And despite everything we have been through, it seems they still do not realize that I will not bend the knee to their corruption. I will not sign their plea deals and I will not become a party to my own destruction. Whatever the cost, whatever the sacrifice, I will not give in. Long ago I said that we cannot back down because whatever we give up comes at a cost - a cost which will be paid by our children. The future we give them is whatever we are willing to fight for in the present moment. So, at this moment, we will fight. We will fight in the public square. We will fight in the courtroom. We will fight in Congress. We will fight no matter what the cost.
🚨This is the new acting US Attorney for the Southern District of Texas, Jennifer Lowery. She and her district are still weaponizing the DOJ in contravention of President Trump's Day 1 executive order. They are continuing the corrupt and insane prosecution of my husband @EithanHaim for blowing the whistle on Texas Children's Hospital's secret transgender program. Not only have they refused to drop the case, in the last few days, they have ACCELERATED their prosecution ahead of trial on Feb 10. They are attempting to bleed us dry, and make no mistake, they will try to take him to trial and put him in prison for 10 years if they aren't stopped. The President's order specifically calls out the Biden DOJ's weaponized persecution of those who criticized their policies (which included their unwavering support for transgender procedures on children). He ordered a review of DOJ and FBI actions to determine whether any of their actions are contrary to the "purposes and policies of this order." No reasonable person can see this case as anything other than a blatant, malicious, and illegal weaponized prosecution. And you don't have to take my word for it - the chairman of the weaponization committee @Jim_Jordan, @chiproytx, @tedcruz, @HawleyMO, @DanCrenshawTX and many of others have called it what it is. Eithan's case goes to trial in just 3 weeks unless the Southern District of Texas or someone above them does the right thing. Although I am confident he would be vindicated at trial, the fact that it even got this far is a testament to how unfair the process has been (see also my posting on the unconstitutional de facto gag order). Eithan will risk federal prison for 10 years, losing years of his life with his new daughter, and having his medical license taken away. Every day this prosecution continues drives us even deeper into bankruptcy. President Trump may be in office, but for now, the weaponization of the federal government is still very much alive.
