The @CharlesSchwab phone reps are great. They are one of the reasons I would like to stay with Schwab if possible, but only if they contact me and flip their votes on 7 million $TSLA ETF shares to vote with the Tesla board before the shareholder meeting.
Just got off the phone with one of their agents. They are aware we’re pissed and are feeling the pressure. They don’t have any answers as of yet.
They just lost ~$1.5M to @RobinhoodApp.
Side note: The rep was very understanding and empathetic. He told me that he’s already gotten a lot of calls about this and that he’s happy to push the feedback up. Be kind. It’s not their fault.
