A full trilogy in one book! Behind one cover lurks the compete saga of the water witches of Loch Ness. Book 1 is from an innocent victim trying to clear her name. Book 2 is the truth as told by the witches themselves and the retribution that follows. Book 3 is the horrifying end.

Michael oliver thought Robertson blocked Donnarumma’s view. Michael oliver thought Mamardashvili brought down Doku. Michael oliver ‘didn’t see the head injury’. Michael oliver didn’t think Senesi Punched the ball. Michael Oliver’s this league’s ‘most experienced referee’ 👍

Recommend some fantasy or sci-fi for me to look at as I put together my 2026 reading plan. I'm looking for standalones or first books in a series and I'll take a look at every rec, and add the ones I like the look of to my plan or my extended TBR.

Does he attempt to play the ball? No. Does he obstruct Donnarumma's line of vision? No. Does he make any action that has an impact on Donnarumma's ability to get to the ball? No. This is an insane VAR mistake.
🖥️💥 Spectacular VAR blunder in the Manchester City - Liverpool. 👉🏻 Robertson ducks to let the ball go by, having no impact on Donnarumma, who was already diving. ❌ 𝗜𝗧’𝗦 𝗔 𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗔𝗟 𝗚𝗢𝗔𝗟. ▪️ The assistant disallowed the goal, and VAR backed the mistake.

The rule is that the obvious action has to clearly impact on the ability of an opponent to play the ball. Donnarumma saw the ball all the way through - even without Robertson ducking - and just couldn’t get there. The fullback’s movement didn’t change anything.
#MCILIV – 38’ The referee’s call of offside and no goal to Liverpool was checked and confirmed by VAR – with Robertson in an offside position and deemed to be making an obvious action directly in front of the goalkeeper.

I’m looking for ARC readers for my middle grade medieval fantasy. It’s a story of family, bravery, and sacrifice. Less than 25k words so not a crazy time investment. Leave a comment and I’ll send you a DM with the details. Please share. The new algorithm hasn’t been doing me any favors lately.
That should be a yellow on Gvardiol. But what the fuck can I expect from these inept referees?

First image is when Van Dijk makes contact with the header. Robbo is nowhere near in his line of vision. Tim Howard. Ex goalkeeper…played for Everton. Has said this is completely wrong and its obvious.
