I've sat on this all day and pondered, I didn't want to be vocal about it because this made me feel sick to my stomach, emotional and sad. But come on man... I'm going to be real, we need to do more, this isn't acceptable. The men of the United Kingdom need to do more. This sickens me! Lest We Forget.

Yes. Not just men. We need to stop the rot and fight back against our government, politicians, civil servants, police, too many of whom appease Islamism, identity politics and illegal immigration. While having turned a blind eye to the grooming gang scandal. Please join the fight

No one is ever defeated until defeat has been accepted as a reality.

It sickens a good number of people, myself included. I have a fallen uncle in El Alamein who actually paid the sacrifice, for the shower of shit of my Generation to just give everything away. Just put me in a room with them and let me purge the scourge from this Nation. That's all I ask.

A real legion who Keir should listen too instead of his mates in Davos. I for 1 thank this gentleman and the people who never made it back and I truly apologise for the mess our governments and ourselves have made of this country that they fort and died for we need to do better

Him and those other brave men put their lives on the line to fight for their for their country and people’s safety. The men of our generation sit and post on X and do nothing. We must stand up and fight

His fight was against fascism and for a country he could be proud of. Conservative governments have sold off our utilities, social housing, and councils have to choose between closing museums and care homes. I don’t think he’s that angry about too many black faces in adverts

What makes it even worse is that this gentleman fought the ideology of the very people who may well be forming the UK’s next Gvmnt

The problem is, if try and do anything we are labeled and/or arrested. Until we take out the men behind the curtain our hands are tied.
Replying to @AndySaxon78
Agree. We should do more to make veterans like Alec not have to say that their sacrifice wasn't worth it. Like you sad, emotional and sick to my stomach of what our politicians have done and that we have allowed them to get away with it.

Totally agree. He gave his all to fight the fascists of Nazi Germany. The evil far right that brought division and hatred with them. He must be devastated to see that attitude and division being brought back by the right wingers today.

With Reform & their supporters using the language of 1930s Germany, it's a slap in the face for the generation that gave so much to stop it once. And now it comes again. Hatred dressed up as patriotism.

But the rise of fascism shows we have forgotten. He fought against fascists, yet here they are spreading their vile and vicious ideology in the UK.
