Donald was kidnapped and tortured by CPD when he was a teenager, but fought to win his freedom through parole with a unanimous vote. In August, the Torture Inquiry and Relief Commission ruled that Donald does indeed have a credible claim of torture!
Antonio was wrongfully convicted by CPD's Brian Johnson in 2002, and sentenced to 74 years
imprisonment on December 19, 2003-- 65 years for
murder and 6 years for aggravated discharge of a
firearm. Multiple witnesses have recanted their story yet charges against Antonio remain.
Rico is a survivor of wrongful conviction at the hands of CPD’s own Brian Forberg and Kevin Eberle. As he nears victory in his court battle, Rico needs all our support at this critical stage.
