This image is an operation of advanced technology produced perfect wells by the ancients and can still be seen in places such as Abusir We know the ancient wells were made with machinery because we still have visual and physical evidence of drill marks inside the worked stone.

I had a friend, we deployed together. End of 2013 after we came home, he was telling people to buy bitcoin & just store it. This was when it dipped to like $70 bucks maybe even $75. He had tens of thousands of bitcoin he purchased during the deployment, he spent every single bit of his deployment money on it. I am quite sure he is super rich today.
i am not at all jealous not one bit

How do you even begin to build a ship like this in #NoMansSky?!?

Late entry, but how about my late grandpa's homemade extension cord for the 'things far scarier to people that know" discourse?

Full story about this: Originally, our building in Paris Kentucky was a PPG plant that made yellow paint for roads. The actual yellow stripes on the road. Anyway, they would take yellow pigment and mix it with liquids/binders/whatever to make the paint. The pigment was a fine powder. You can imagine that after many years of this, there was yellow dust EVERYWHERE. PPG moved out and left the building vacant for a couple years. We knew where the raccoons were because we could see what looked like tiny human handprints all around the ceiling where there were missing tiles. Very creepy.
Replying to @jimbelosic
Removing racoons from the ceiling is a right of passage for ever new startup.

UPDATE: WE GOT MILL DIRECT ALUMINUM PERSISTENCY WINS
alright I've gotten to the point of posting a direct screenshot from an american mill that is 1000% illegal practice and has huge negative effects on american manufacturing "that may compete against them" oh so you know metal suppliers have an oligopoly making aluminum way more expensive than it needs to be for every American factory? got it it's not mill capacity or lead times. it's channel protection, bullying, and illegal practices in concentrated markets, refusals to deal that foreclose new entrants to protect incumbent distributors can implicate Sherman §1 (group boycott) and §2 (exclusive dealing/monopolization) theories the quiet part has been said out loud

For Steven Universe's Rose Quartz sword, I decided to use vinyl decals instead of paint! To prevent the stickers from peeling off, I sealed the whole prop in a catalyzed clear coat which locked the stickers in place and gave the sword an automotive shine! #StevenUniverse

Every Hasbro Star Wars pre order I’ve placed for ‘25 has now been delivered. I can honestly say that this has been my most memorable and satisfying year of purchasing the Vintage Collection line since maybe 2010 (At-At). What an OT fan’s delight and haul. 🙌

I start looking forward to coffee the night before. Have we maxed out coffee, or are we just stuck in a local optimum? With a few hundred million and a clean sheet on extraction physics, I bet someone could do better. Surely there is a bored SpaceX propulsion alum waiting to get nerd sniped out there.
