Good morning @davemeltzerWON! Well, 28 yrs ago today something happened in wrestling, but I can't quite put my finger on it. Think maybe you might have written a paragraph or 2 about it in the Observer to help jog my memory?
The 1988 Auburn at LSU "earthquake" game. When LSU scored the winning TD in the final minute, the pop was so loud that it registered as an earthquake at the LSU Seismic Center on campus. That HAS to be the loudest ever...
Hi @davemeltzerWON. Nice piece by John Muse on Sabu. First met him Aug.1994 at Al Snow's Lima gym. We asked Dennis Corraluzzo if we could meet Sabu, so Dennis pulled Sabu into the hallway & took this photo. Sabu never forgot us, always calling us "his oldest friends Chris & Jan".

Hi @RealKevinNash. Since 2008, I've had 3 cardiac ablations & Jan 2. Our issues were severe, but neither of us have had a-fib since 2020. Your Neon Couple friends love & support you, and you will feel SO MUCH BETTER within 3-4 days after surgery. Much love from Chris & Jan!!
Is it just me, or is anyone else completely overdosed on ESPN ads for WWE'S Wrestlepalooza? I can't wait to completely ignore it, and enjoy AEW ALL OUT instead, immediately followed by college football!

Eric, your heart was in the right place. Many people knew the "house" you discussed, was both the # of fans in the building, and the "houses" that many wrestlers could build for their families, by being on shows that Hulk headlined. I'm sorry for your personal loss, and thanks.
