Hey all, We are going to push today a emergency fixup release out. There has been an issue on the LTS Kernel identified being compiled with AVX2, which results that CPUs not supporting AVX2 can not boot. The release should be available latest at 17:00 CET.

so if someone has a system that does not boot anymore what is the recommended fix? Chroot with a distro on USB?

We made a program, called cachy-chroot. You can check it out in the wiki. It basically automatically mounts the selected disk, checks the /etc/fstab and then mount all required disks.
