You could add secure boot from install. Everytime The system upgrade I have to configure secure boot again.

That should work automatically. The wiki explains it. I think few bootloaders have problems tho

Are there any updates to the official ISO in sight? I will reinstall my system from scratch in a few days due to some hardware upgrades, and I was wondering if it would be a waste of bandwidth to download the August release beforehand...

Hey :) Its an online installer, therefore doesnt need constant updates. We plan to do in November one. Likely, at around 20-30 Nov, since i will be on a business trip for a while soon.

My power supply died so I don't have a PC anymore, however, I got to use CachyOS for 2 weeks before it died and I loved every second of it!

i just wish fedora project to take your bore scheduler and implement it there. its blazingly fast. i mean, i did try your port of cachyos kernel for fedora copr repo but the catch was that secure boot broke and i couldn't get it working no matter what.

Used Fedora, ubuntu, debian, Linux Mint, and more, but none of them felt as snappy as CachyOS, man. The fuild animations, speedy app launch times, and general OS smoothness are so good on cachy. Keep doing what you are doing. I'll take every improvement I can, even if it's 1%.

If I compare Linux Mint Cinnamon and CachyOS KDE, CachyOS works very stable. That's why I decided to stay with CachyOS as a dualboot for now. I've used a lot of distributions, too...

A relatively small group of forum goers I'm part of have converted several people to CachyOS in recent months. Some of these people have been die-hards of other distros for a long time but after trying CachyOS they're ready to swap permanently.

use cachyos repos but not cachyos like using in a desktop environment and not have to switch the login every time i want desktop mode i use alot of stuff other than steam also for some reason linux kernel from cachyos my wifi works but mainline it doesnt not sure what its about
