Out of shape people simply lack self-discipline, control, awareness, care, and purpose. Only vital and crucial skills. Not a big deal at all. This is one of the reasons why you can never fully trust somebody that’s out of shape. This is why being in shape is a sign of intelligence. It’s the truth. You must be in shape in today’s world. There is zero excuse. So if you can’t run a mile in under 8 minutes, do 10 Pullups, and 30 Pushups… you know what to do. I’ll see you on the streets.

Whenever I travel, a proper gym in the hotel is a top priority. This one has a rack, full dumbbell and kettlebell setup, and some machines. It’s also completely empty, just the way I like it.

If you don’t jump with your arms raised towards the sky when performing a burpee, it ain’t a real burpee. Most people skip the jumping with hands up part because it makes the exercise much more challenging. Take the difficult path and jump high!

Most people really don’t want to hear this but most of your problems can be solved through your actions. You don’t want to admit this though because you’re lazy. Fixing your problems takes work. It takes courage. It takes determination. It takes focus. Everything you don’t have. So if you want to get better at fixing your problems, you need to work on these skills. Work on laziness first, set an alarm for an earlier than normal wake up time and stick to it. Go to bed earlier if you have to. Then work on the rest and call it a day. Force yourself to do it again tomorrow. See how many positive days you can string together in a row and enjoy the process.
