According to the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in Occupied Palestine, between 7 October 2023 and 20 October 2025, “1,001 Palestinians, including 213 children (206 boys and seven girls), 20 women, and at least seven persons with disabilities, have been killed by Israeli forces and settlers across the West Bank, including East Jerusalem.”

I am going to say something CRAZY. I realize I am just a random guy with no real power. But, if I ever have the privilege to hold some political power in this province, I promise to BLACKLIST every private company or individual involved in this 401 tunnel sham from future government contracts. Dramatic? Over the top? I don’t care. This is graft, pure and simple. To root our corrupt behavior, those involved with this charade seem to be an easy and obvious place to start. And @WSPCanada should be absolutely ashamed to be going along with it. It demonstrates total lack of ethics. And I hope there are consequences for them. The 401 tunnel is an obviously stupid idea to anyone with more than two brain cells to rub together. And at a cost of at least $50B but likely over $100B, it would amount to a massive opportunity cost. This is a project that resembles those concocted by third world dictators to embezzle public money. We could literally build high speed rail connecting Toronto to the rest of southern Ontario for less. We could double the size of the GO and TTC rapid transit network for the same price, moving 30x+ the amount of people. Hell, not adding to our debt would be worth it alone given the negative return this would earn us. All these investments would serve orders of magnitude more people, and economic activity. So yes, any entity willing to sign their name in this deserves the public shame and scorn. And I do not think the public should pull their punches. And I am personally willing to hold a vendetta about it. And I encourage @OntLiberal @OntarioNDP to do the same.

Add to that the corruption of international organizations, traders’ profits, and internal taxes — a shipment that once cost $6,000 now costs $65,000. The result? Insane prices, displaced families unable to buy food, while Israel collects billions daily from our hunger and suffering. The price of an egg carton before the war was 10 shekels — now it’s 120 shekels. **Israel funds its war on us — with our own money.**

It doesn't stop it doesn't stop. We want it to stop so badly that it's easy to turn away and believe that this ceasefire really involves Israel not firing and killing Palestinian civilian genocide survivors on what seems to be a daily basis.

This new footage exposes what really happened, Karten, the IOF soldier, is clearly seen physically attacking peaceful protestors. For context, the protest took place during the “Combat on Campus” tour, where Israeli soldiers were invited to Canadian universities to discuss their battlefield “experiences”, an event many saw as an attempt to whitewash ongoing war crimes. And here’s the double standard, in the United States, the government has revoked visas and even deported international students simply for peacefully protesting for Palestine. That policy is still being enforced on campuses today. If that’s the precedent, then shouldn’t Canada apply the same consistency? If students can be punished for speaking out, those promoting or defending an occupying army on Canadian campuses should face equal scrutiny. Consistency isn’t optional.
