If your item has shipped and you’ve received tracking information, we cannot provide any further information on the location of your package. If you are in the US, please contact the USPS. If you are an international customer, please contact your local postal authority. If your order is returned to us, we can provide a reshipment once it arrives back at our warehouse, but cannot provide a reshipment until the original order has been returned.
