“Documents sufficient to show all retainer payments and/or other payments made to any attorney and/or law firm to represent any of the individuals in Topic B since January 6, 2021.” There is lots to be shocked and disgusted about in the latest revelations, but as I’ve discussed at length before, the concerted effort dating back to 2016 to intimidate attorneys to deny the President effective counsel is among the most despicable. ANY DOJ attorney associated with this conspiracy to deny rights should be disbarred. At a minimum.
BREAKING: New Arctic Frost whistleblower documents show that the corrupt Biden FBI subpoenaed the bank records, donor lists, and emails of nearly every major conservative organization and leader in the country, including Donald Trump’s campaign, the RNC, Conservative Partnership Institute, Save America PAC, America First Policy Institute, and even MyPillow.

As @mike_frags has noted, Boasberg’s gag order is a blatant violation of federal law (2 U.S.C. 6228), which explicitly bans gag orders on collection of Senate data and communications. The law requires Senate notification to give the Senate an opportunity to move to quash any subpoena on separation of powers grounds, and it also REQUIRES federal courts to quash any subpoenas as a result of Senate opposition. Boasberg issued the illegal gag order precisely to prevent the Senate from going to court to vindicate its rights. Boasberg was certainly aware of this statute and deliberately violated it anyway.
Jeb Boasberg's excessive use of nondisclosure orders is so egregious that 3 Dem appellate judges on the DC court recently reversed his sweeping order that had allowed the DOJ to attach an NDO to ANY subpoena in an unspecified criminal investigation run by Matthew Graves in 2023-2024. (Case is largely under seal so not sure who he was targeting.) Graves attached Boasberg's "omnibus" NDO order to an X subpoena on two unknown accounts. (At this point, Jack Smith, thanks to Beryl Howell, had already obtained all of the president's Twitter data along with a one-year NDO.) X challenged the NDO as it had in the president's case, claiming Boasberg violated the Stored Communications Act which requires a JUDGE, not a prosecutor, to determine whether one of the 5 factors has been met to justify an NDO. I mean THIS IS NUTS but really gets to the heart of the DC court's rubber-stamping of whatever the Biden DOJ wanted. Graves DID NOT EVEN PRESENT A SUBPOENA to the mag judge who first handled the matter. (Boasberg upheld the mag judge in his omnibus order allowing NDOs on all subpoenas.) More Boasberg impeachment fodder:

Wikipedia: "conspiracy theorists claim COVID-19 leaked from a lab" Grokipedia: "experts are split, here are the sources for the house report on the lab leak and the scientific sentiment studies" Wow! I'm genuinely incredibly impressed. I will literally never use Wikipedia again. Grokipedia is clearly much more factual and unbiased, and easier to read source documents. This is only v0.1! Elon / xAI really cooked with this one. This will fundamentally reshape the way humans consume knowledge
Grokipedia.com version 0.1 is now live. Version 1.0 will be 10X better, but even at 0.1 it’s better than Wikipedia imo.
So I heard Trump cut down the Apple Tree that George Washington planted at the White House.

Expiration of the Biden COVID Credits is not the primary driver of skyrocketing ACA plan premiums and overall unaffordability, according to the insurers themselves. 🚨Expiring COVID Credits are responsible for 3.3% of TOTAL 2026 premiums 🚨
Washington D.C. survived the Brutalist era of architecture. I think it will probably survive Trump's. I highly doubt the new ballroom, or any other Trump addition will rival the FBI Building in its blight.

In one 18-month period in the early 1970s, there were 2,500 bombings on American soil—nearly 5 a day. Did you know that? Many Americans don't. These leftist terrorists who declared war on America went on to work at top law firms, nonprofits, and Ivy League universities. 🧵

You are a liberal. You're concerned that the government has stifled a man's speech over misinformation. Tomorrow you will wake up and buy your morning coffee, but your card gets declined. Bank of America says that you violated terms and conditions. There's a grainy photograph of you from five years ago, huddled shoulder to shoulder with hundreds of racial justice protesters. This photo was published by the FBI, and someone recognized you. Likely someone you considered a friend. You are a liberal. You're concerned that the home of AOC was raided by the FBI. Several of her staffers and lawyers have been imprisoned. An open letter was signed by one hundred national security experts, stating that she is an agent of Venezuela. Signatories include Nick Fuentes, Bronze Age Pervert, and cumpumper1488. You are a liberal. You're concerned that your capital hill district was taken over by a right wing militia. They've erected blockades and patrol the perimeter with AR15's. The government does not intervene, they surrender the nearest police station, they negotiate and request permission for EMT access. A young black man gets into a shootout with the militia. He's given a trial. Right Wing shock troops gather outside the courthouse daily. He is found guilty. Later, one of his jurors gives an interview wearing a Proud Boys t-shirt. You are a liberal. You've been sentenced to ten years in prison over a meme. You are a liberal. Your truck left skid marks on an American flag mural and you're charged with a hate crime. You are a liberal. You trained your pug to do a communist salute and now the government has some questions for you. You are a liberal. You've been kicked out of school. Your kidney transplant was denied. You're on a no fly list. You can't get a bank account. You've been fired. Your friends are denouncing you. Protestors are at your front door. You are a liberal. And the right has gone bananas.

Disney isn’t a “state actor,” and a couple of years ago a government agency literally put my wife on a list of people whose opinions needed suppressing. The Biden WH pressured social networks to banish dissenting COVID opinions. After January 6 an entire social network was pulled offline. People in the government worked to help spread a lie that Joe Biden’s corrupt deals with hostile foreign powers was disinformation and Twitter literally forbid you from posting accurate reporting about the scandal. We could go on. You’re delusional.
This is the most straightforward attack on free speech from state actors I've ever seen in my life and it's not even close.

It’s not that every Democrat is a murderer. Some will just celebrate other Democrat murderers. While others won’t necessarily celebrate, they will point out that the murdered person kind of had it coming. Still, others will simply silently approve. It’s not everyone, guys.

In order to believe the Commonwealth Fund’s claim that the COVID injection saved 3.2 million lives in 2021 and 2022, you’d have to assume total US deaths were going to increase from 2.85 million in 2019 and 3.38 million in 2020, and explode to 5 million in 2021. I don’t think that’s even close to plausible, do you?

When somebody tells you they want to “address the root causes of crime”, they’re saying they want to give a bunch of taxpayer money to a tax exempt entity run by one of their friends that does nothing to actually reduce crime.
Many people don’t know how bad “one side” has become towards anyone who opposes them. Some people, like Graham Lineham, saw all of this and spoke up to protect women. Let me show you how bad it is. A thread. 1/

This is disingenuous. Have you been to the Smithsonian museums recently? Almost every exhibit is left-coded and makes constant reference to left-wing politics They want the GOP to leave all their cultural victories inn place and not complain. No dice.
The Republican Party has done a 180. Used to be “we want the federal government out of our lives”. Now? They are putting the federal government in our universities, corporate board rooms, libraries, museums, and local police departments, just to name a few.

- @WhiteHouse sent a letter to the Smithsonian yesterday stating their exhibits will be reviewed with an aim "...to celebrate American exceptionalism, remove divisive or partisan narratives, and restore confidence in our shared cultural institutions." We know where to start🧵
