Good article but understand that Prof J. Phoenix was an expert witness in general and not for one side or another. The articles claims your witness, but not what I recall the Judge stating earlier in the tribunal. Btw, her written report absolutely brilliant and well worth a read

As others have stated, that there’s a tribunal, probably many studies too, highlighting the already well known, & obvious Furthermore, the gross amount of non gov’t non, non union accountable sector taxpayer $ stolen via taxation, for these b s ‘research’, & ‘studies’ is gross..

If women would not undress in front of their father, brother, his mate, a nephew, a delivery driver, the postman or any other bloke at their home then why should they be expected to undress in front of one at work! It‘s sexual and psychological abuse.

We don’t need a study or a professor to tell us what is common F’ing sense. Men should not be anywhere near women’s bathrooms or locker rooms. It’s unbelievable that we are allowing mental illness to dictate society norms.

There are many reasons why women would not like to change in front of a strange man. I fail to see why any woman has to spell out those reasons. A woman’s changing room is just that: for women only.Decent men do not want to violate their privacy and women do not have to explain themselves to pander to mentally ill men or as in this case a man with a paraphilia.
