The idea was that if the governments of the world know about them they would get invaded, so to avoid that they're down there so they cant get seen

Lmao im not a fan of rand but ryan made a good case and bioshock "dismantles" it by saying: look everyone turns into crazy wizardzombies and kills each other because of it. Big daddies are also great private security and exactly what our girls need. London is worse than rapture.
