Not only that, but they have made changes to the Constitution and the Judicial Branch to remove legitimate defense against the authoritarian government. They control all and are not happy with that. They destroyed democracy, eliminated every institution that provided transparency and are stealing money from every program at their disposal. They continue to give handouts while cutting on any spending that provides any resemblance to stability. Health, security, law enforcement, basic services, research, education, etc. At the same time, they continue to subsidize the Cuban dictatorship.
