The absence of a large fireball rules this out. Its a large shockwave from high explosives going off. If they're deep, this won't affect them.

the thermo (heat)+ baric (pressure) explosion sucks up the air in the detonation area, causing the air to rush back inwards towards the detonation point - the opposite of what is seen in the video. Additionally, thermobaric is an anti-personnel weapon, not an anti-infrastructure weapon. A thermobaric weapon would do pretty much no damage to infrastructure.
