As for the indictment of Tyler Robinson is NOT a lone shooter. Kirk's assassination illustrates a high level of complexity. The entry wound based on visual data is argued to be an exit wound. There are too many unknowns including the footage of the person with the glasses showing a different profile physically to Robinson. Time tells the truth and so we will see.
