Thats not exactly how this went down was it. You're lying. Money given to universities is applied for by those universities. They have to comply with federal law and regulations to get said money. MIT refused. So the administration said "Fine no money. It will be allocated to a college or university that WILL follow federal law." This had NOTHING to do with Trump.
