the main blowback from the ukraine war will not be weakened russia or destroyed ukraine imo. it will be global terror operations by ukrainian paramilitary forces, which are perhaps now the best trained best equipped best shielded most experienced and most ruthless on the planet.

No doubt, Russia will find them and get them all, no matter where they are or will be.
The major fallout is not only Ukrainians running amok but also a massive amount of light weaponry that will end up in the European underworld. That will destabilise Europe for a while.
