It is so consistent with decades of reports in the literature that without NK and T cells ( called lymphopenia ) the survival rate of patients, regardless of cancer type, is highly significantly reduced with this lymphopenia. We can now change that course. A simple blood test tells if the patient has Lymphopenia. The epiphany since 1990 is that NK cells within us is the first responder that needs to be activated to change the course of cancer. I will try to connect the dots to show how Anktiva is part of a finely orchestrated cancer Bioshield platform to stimulate both the innate ( NK cells) and adaptive ( T cells) immune system … a complex orchestrated dance of proteins in our body .. 35 years of work to get to Memory T cells. Ask your doctor “what is my ALC?” NK CELLS MATTER. ALC levels have been hiding in plain sight for decades in a routine test called CBC ( to measure your blood levels for anemia and neutropenia) and has been overlooked by us as clinicians because no drug existed until now to reverse lymphopenia as measured by ALC ….until Anktiva was approved. This thread begins my attempt to describe the journey of insight and evolutionary change of how we approach the treatment of cancer .. and how we re think what “immunotherapy” really means …checkpoint inhibitors alone like Keytruda is not enough.

2. $IBRX's Anktiva has been show to reverse lymphopenia with a high success rate. In clinical trials, lymphopenia trials notably improved cancer patient outcomes.

Trying to get into your trial. Your team stated my husband needs to do chemo and radiation first. Not sure why they wouldn’t want to use the biosheild in combination. My fear is they will kill all his good cells. Please help.
Help Lori and Her Husband Fight Glioblastoma Brain Cancer On October 6th, Lori’s husband collapsed unexpectedly and was rushed to the hospital. Doctors discovered a mass in his brain, and he was immediately transported to Adventist Health Glendale, where he underwent emergency surgery. The diagnosis was devastating — Glioblastoma, an aggressive and terminal form of brain cancer. His surgery was successful, but this is a difficult battle. He is now receiving care at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and preparing to begin chemotherapy and radiation. Lori and her husband have also been seeking entry into Dr. Soon-Shiong’s Bio Immunity trial, but he must complete initial treatment before being eligible. With Andrew's full support, Lori has been able to start a podcast and become more civically active in her community. Now that life has thrown such a curveball, Lori has dropped everything to turn her main focus on Andrew." Between mounting medical bills, ongoing care needs, and the daily expenses of their five beloved rescue dogs, this journey has presented both financial and emotional challenges. Yet through it all, Lori and her husband remain determined to fight with Faith in Jesus Christ— not only for his life but to bring awareness and hope to others facing Glioblastoma. Please consider donating today to help Lori and her husband as they navigate this battle. Every contribution — no matter the amount — makes a real difference. They will continue to share updates along the way, both to express gratitude and to help others walking this same difficult road. Your prayers, love, and support mean the world. Together, we can bring strength, hope, and healing in this time of need. gofund.me/f792c04a8

On a first principles basis it’s absolutely clear that the Bioshield is the way forward

What I’m wondering now is how effective the Bioshield is at enabling the immune system to avert molecular mimicry and thus fatigue when dealing with a high cross-peptide sensitivity toxin like the spike

Yes, lymphopenia or low NK and T cells powerfully predicts cancer survival. Anktiva offers new hope by boosting these critical immune defenses.

Lymphopenia is very hard to reverse , until Anktiva. It blows my mind why we didn't address this problem sooner, especially after the local immine boost of BCG in bladder washes leading to apoptosis of cancer Why further shock the body by adding a steroid to every chemo cycle...

Dr. Soon, my Dad’s ALC count was <1,000 when he was on chemo/radiation for his GBM. He has been off of that for about 30 days & ALC has been raising. Is this still important even though his counts have been increasing on their own?

Hi Dr Soon-Shiong, I recently underwent radiation for breast cancer - no chemo. My lymphocytes are at 819. Could this help me? Where can I get it? I am in the Denver area. Thank you.

BioShield, Anktiva, purportedly works also on infections and viruses. LC trials will be important going forward. What about ME, LC's poor desperate sister? ME features low NK cell function and t-cell exhaustion. Improve NK cell function and memory t-cells and my patient improves. But not enough. Need Anktiva. We will try it if given the chance.

Dr I have been following your work since the beginning of the year when I first saw you on Tucker and then Megyn Kelly. I only had $300 in savings and I purchased shares in IBRX. My point is I believe in you and your work. I out whatever money I have where my mouth is. Bless you

@DrPatSoonShiong I was diagnosed with Mantle Cell Lymphoma 2 years ago. Went through 6 months of chemo and also through a stem cell transplant. They say I’m currently in remission. My lymph% is 15.7 and my lymph# is 0.7. Should I be concerned with those numbers?

How does someone with pancreatic cancer get this treatment? It seems like one only has the choice of a miserable death with chemo and surgery or slightly leas miserable death with a restrictive diet, supplements and exercise. The wait list and chance to try with trials seems hopeless.

Just a shame that we don’t know if the cd56bright increase is the right type of lymphocyte to boost or if IL-15 without IL-07 is the way to go, also, it hasn’t increased OS in trials. Hmmm :-)

Powerful thread ALC/lymphopenia has been a hidden alarm in plain sight. Activating NK cells (innate) alongside T-cell memory (adaptive) reframes immunotherapy from single-weapon strikes to an orchestral defense. Ask your doctor “what’s my ALC?” it may change treatment choices.

I wonder if this is a treatment for those like me taking immunosuppressants. I hover around 900 on ALC, once dropped to the 600s due to my MS medicine. I'm not even sure I still need MS meds, I'm 65 and my immune system may be weak enough as it is. I've only had one (supposed) MS event, and that was 12 years ago.
