This is my daily struggle! As of now it is available in LA and only for bladder cancer. We are trying desperately to explain to the oncology and regulatory world that our epiphany that NK cells as measured by your ALC matters. Also working hard to explain to FDA why these NK and T cells are as important to flight cancer as red blood cells are for your body to deliver oxygen! Trying hard.

Hi Dr Soon-Shiong, I recently underwent radiation for breast cancer - no chemo. My lymphocytes are at 819. Could this help me? Where can I get it? I am in the Denver area. Thank you.

For those that are dying in traditional methods have little chance of success, is there not a law that allows an individual to have the right to try any medication available regardless of what it's approved for? I would gladly sign a release form to eliminate all liability issues from the provider if there was a chance I could live. Does any such legal path exist for those patients?

Waiting fingers crossed Breast Cancer that had moved to my lymph nodes - Anastrozole, surgery, radiation. Could not tolerate Verzenio - now in limbo - just waiting for return because very sure the cancer is not gone and suspect my NK and T cells cannot fight it off. Prayers for approvals soon. Thank you for fighting for cancer patients.

The FDA is stopping this treatment from reaching people. More than protecting people from the treatment.

DR. PSS, it is my mission to fight for what's right and correct the corrupt regulations that are holding back innovation. I'm fighting for humanity and for our children. I'm flipping the money changers tables, because that's the right thing to do.

Could you setup a clinic in for example Costa Rica (outside the crippling jurisdiction of FDA) and treat patients outside the US?

Anktiva is approved for nmibc, I guess there is a way the company can pay for advertisement. Is it expensive, complicated or what’s the holdup ?

Please come to Vietnam and buy a clinic chain, then sell BioShield there. All patients will fly there with lower cost of everything. What is holding you from doing this!

I pray that you’re able to break through to the fda. It seems that they’re slow rolling the learning curve purposely. Scared of what we look like as a society without cancer..

Dr. Soon-Shiong, is there a possibility of Anktiva being made available for non-invasive low grade papillary urothelial bladder cancer patients. Three turbts and gemcitabine have not worked. Doctors are recommending 6 rounds of Zusduri. Thank you.

Is this treatment available for urachal cancer which has invaded the abdominal wall? I’ve been working with MD Anderson but looking for more results.

You’ve been very diplomatic in your efforts. It’s time to get more aggressive and call out those who are standing in the way of this progress and publicly appeal to those like @realDonaldTrump who could make this actually happen. Many can’t wait.

Can you seek authorization in another country with less PharMAFIA "lobbying" the regulators? Not Europe, because not only corruption, but worse, bureaucRATS will take a decade to review the trials.
