Life-saving expertise, care and support from so many talented people means that today, I'm walking around my local ponds with a chest drain and feeding tube - managed to do 2.5 miles so I'm happy with that. Yes, there are plenty of challenges ahead, loads, in fact, but I owe it to my lifesavers to get back on my feet. My family need me and I need them.
