Enrique Maside (ELRA Secretary General) analysed negotiation developments on the Insolvency Regulation proposal 📘, focusing on Articles 18 & 34 and their registral implications.

Judge Dr. Marta Rekawek-Pachwicewicz (ELRA Board Member) presented the update on the European Commission Working Group on Succession Law📚, reviewing CJEU case C-354/21 and the new ELRA factsheet for national registration requirements in this area.

Followed by a roundtable discussion moderated by @ElenaPradaITA (ELRA Treasurer) which examined how cross-border divorces can be registered in Land Registries ⚖️, focusing on documentation and legal effects.

Francisco J. Gimeno (CORPME) discussed case-based examples on the free circulation of public documents in the EU ✍️, addressing recognition and authenticity challenges in practice.

Futhermore, @PilarVerdejo (CP from Spain) presented the Anti-Money Laundering Registration Centre (CRAB), showing how registral data assists in early detection and prevention of illicit financial activity.

Mihai Taus introduced Article 18 of Directive (EU) 2024/1640, outlining progress toward a Single Access Point to real estate information.
