BIG BREAKING | A powerful explosion near Delhi’s Red Fort has left at least 8 people dead and several others injured.
The explosion reportedly occurred inside a car, causing nearby vehicles & pedestrians to be blown apart by the impact.

⚖️Before another round in Lebanon starts, we should remember:
Proportionality is evaluated per attack. It's not about the total casualties on both sides or the strength of each side. If the target is valuable enough, it's legal to kill civilians (as collateral, not as targets).
