Tencent, Sony, and Disney all have Blackrock and Vangaurd as majority stakeholders. Although each is only owned by BR/VG in small percentages, those percentages are still majority percentages compared to the smaller individual stakeholders of each, meaning they have the most voting power. Ever since these major investments took place, Fortnite is 50% at the mercy of its stakeholders, primarily driven by the vested interests of Blackrock and Vangaurd. Something to keep in mind when you start to notice scummy sales practices.
