Correction: it's about 3, not 4-7, for recirculation. I was half-remembering a number from some stockgrowers association thing awhile back. The basic point still holds though, and the ag recirculation number is higher than in most other primary sectors.
IIRC typical recirculation multipliers for farming counties are something like 4 to 7.
Of course you also have other outside sources of largesse - SNAP, PILT, SSI, etc. But it's not as simple as "15% are farmers and the other 85% are SNAP parasites and/or quasi-suburbanites".
