serious question: how does one qualify for section 8 housing? like it can’t be a purely racial thing, it must be income based + children out of wedlock? how do i get on this gravy train

This is rage bait for rightoids. Section 8 vouchers wont be accepted by landlords in a home this nice unless its in the middle of nowhere and the voucher is 2,000 dollars.

Yes they do exist...have you seen the video? Thats probably a new construction 4 or 5 bedroom home in central Texas. Would you rent that out to someone on section 8?

My mgmt company for one of my large buildings, manages (600) units, and he said “by 2028 85% of our units will be section8” more money per sqft if ur not a slumlord vs regular tenants, and money hits every 1st

How if HUD is defunding section 8? HUD puts a 3 year limit on vouchers now. If you build a massive 4 bedroom mansion like this you're cooked. You will never recover your cash.

Absolute Rubbish. Sold our home for almost 500k when the owner next door offered his a Voucher. Bedroom community for Baltimore and DC. The tenant had to cover the difference. To do so he kicked out the elderly man with a special needs daughter. Nicest home we’ve we’ve lived in.
Your next door neighbor offered someone section 8 and they covered the difference? This was also the nicest home you've ever lived in? Congratulations sweetie you are the exception not the rule.

My belief is they use section 8 to break even and make the real money off home appreciation, it’s an absolute house of cards

The problem with majority of people is that they've never dealt with tenants. Section 8 is nightmare on both sides. Getting your house certified is a nightmare and the tenants are just as bad. No decent landlord will touch it with a 10ft pole.
Speaking from experience?
Yes pepe, my wife and 4 kids live in a one bedroom section 8 apartment in your moms basement. How is she btw?
This is what newly built section 8 housing is looking like
I knew it was bad but holy fucking shit:

In some states, it's illegal for a landlord to turn down a section 8 renter.
That's where you're wrong. There's sec 8 near me and the houses are all about 500K and up. Can't wait for this to get cut too. Fuck these leeches
