Working on pricing for my B2B SaaS Current idea: •Entry → €49/month •Core → €99/month (full suite) •Advanced → €149–199/month (chains + premium support) Free 30-day trial, then €99 auto-convert. Does this feel right for the market? What would you adjust first?

How did you come to your pricing?

I based it on AI research + local healthcare SaaS benchmarks. Legacy ERPs charge €150–300/mo + extras. My app is lighter (AI co-pilot + management, not ERP), so I went with 3 tiers: €49 → small teams testing AI €99 → full suite, sweet spot €149+ → for larger orgs

I'll not judge it good or bad but first understand what motivates your audience to buy before pricing and since you are doing B2B you want to onboard people who are ready to buy not who wants to test

Totally agree, in healthcare B2B, adoption isn’t just about price but proving ROI and saving time. That’s why I’m validating with a few local businesses first to see what drives them to buy now. Curious how do you personally filter early adopters from “just curious” users?
