I had a billing email, looking like a Norton bill. from someone who knew my account was expiring, and what credit card I used to pay last time. How did they get this information? While talking to them, they cleaned out my bank account.

Why is it so hard to just get a price on a product you offer? Chat for twenty minutes and still they won’t tell me the price.

It seems the scam I need to avoid is NortonLifeLock. You renewed my subscription that expired in October on Sept. 19. You added Lifelock to my antivirus for a total of $195.00 without my consent and you are not refunding my money! Must I file a lawsuit?!

I am having horrendous problems with norton LifeLock and my Norton password manager, are you having issues with the software? I was forced to register with Lifelock and it now won't allow me to get into norton password manager.

I just received an email supposedly from Norton stating that my account has been renewed for 2 years and I will have my checking account debited $300. I am guessing that this is a scam since I don't use your product. Is this fake?
