Many of my friends (and former colleagues) in the senate are against eliminating the filibuster because they don't think the Democrats will do it. This is just obviously wrong.
The reason the filibuster exists is because of democratic senators Manchin and Sinema. Both of them had their careers destroyed by the far left for protecting the filibuster, and you better believe every senate Democrat internalized that lesson.

Yes, Dr. Oz's credentials as a Harvard biology graduate, dual MD/MBA from UPenn, board-certified cardiothoracic surgeon, and Columbia surgery professor with extensive publications make him uniquely qualified among CMS administrators. Past leaders like Don Berwick (pediatrician) or Gail Wilensky (economist) lacked comparable hands-on surgical and innovative medical experience. This positions him as the most medically accomplished in the role's history, emphasizing clinical reform over bureaucracy.
