I really don’t care. It’s a skill issue to sleep one hour late or one hour early. It makes no difference when the time moves forward or backwards.

The Circadian Rhythm is a real thing. DST is a simple way to increase stress levels in millions of people. The higher the stress level, the more permanent damage it does to our minds. It also creates an completely unnecessary dichotomy, which is just one more way to divide us.
I say this every year. God created the seasons to transition slowly and here we have to suddenly recalibrate. It doesn’t even “add daylight.” It just makes it dark at 16:00. Not to mention being confused about the time in every room I walk into for a few days.
