A 9X All Star, 9X Gold Glove, 1X ERA Title (‘68), 2X Cy Young (‘68,‘70), 1X MVP (‘68), 2X WS Champion (‘64,‘67) and 2X WS MVP (‘64,‘67), he played 17 seasons (1959-75’), all with the St. Louis Cardinals. He had a record of 251-174, 2.91 ERA, 482 GS, 255 CG, 56 SHO, 3884.1 IP, 3117 K, 2.89 FIP, 1.188 WHIP, 7.2 K/9, 127 ERA+, 89.2 WAR. He led the NL in Wins 1X, CG 1X, Shutouts 4X, Strikeouts 1X and WAR 3X. He won 20+ Games 5X, made 30+ Starts 11X and recorded 250+ Strikeouts 4X. He pitched a No-Hitter on August 14, 1971’. He’s considered one of the greatest WS Pitchers of All Time, recording a 7-2 record, 1.89 ERA, 8CG, 2 Shutouts, 81 IP in 9 Starts. His #45 is retired with the St. Louis Cardinals and is in the team’s Hall of Fame.
