A former personal assistant filed a lawsuit in California Superior Court claiming persistent s*xual harassment through text messages and verbal comments, being forced to remain available 24/7 while traveling across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Australia, and working 12–39 hour shifts without overtime pay.
The suit also alleges failure to reimburse business expenses, drug-fueled retaliation, and a hostile work environment that ultimately led to her resignation.
