@valvesoftware never use faceit seeing as they couldn't care less about its community!
I need some awareness please to show how faceit really don't care! @PimpCS2 @HOUNGOUNGAGNE faceit.com/en/cs2/room/1-840… 38 hrs had 1 game and has better leetify stats than pros but according to @FACEITSupport the user has done nothing wrong!! every day/every game something like this!
@CounterStrike the original post players still going strong and have even started @FACEITcs which seems they didn't cheat because there is an actual anti cheat. @FACEITcs fancy banning these?
@CounterStrike another day cheater maybe more in the game. 26 kills 100% hs rate.. so obvious and can see vac live was trained really well! leetify.com/app/match-detail…

So after using @inertiajs for a long I really don't think I will use it any more. The pain for SSR is not worth it.. no way to debug no way of knowing what the issues are. It's pretty much a time waster using @laravelphp I think I will look to @LaravelLivewire maybe in future

The foundation of successful recruitment begins with investing in your company's culture. Some may underestimate its significance, but a robust corporate culture is the linchpin of prosperity for any business. Take giants like Netflix, Google, and Microsoft, for instance. Their common denominator isn't just success; it's a culture built on trust and respect. So, what's the secret sauce for nurturing a culture rooted in trust and respect? Transparency. Openness is paramount for any business, and the most effective way to infuse transparency is through the gift of honest feedback, be it positive or constructive, directed not only to employees but also prospective candidates. The next time you contemplate ghosting a candidate who didn't quite make the cut, consider investing just five minutes to craft an earnest feedback review. Excuses like "The client hasn't provided feedback on the candidate, so I can't give the candidate feedback" don't hold water. You've likely worked with the candidate long enough to form your own insights on how they can improve, or what they've done well. Saying, "The candidate doesn't want to hear the feedback" is also a weak rationale. How can you be sure unless you've asked them? In any case, feedback is the catalyst for personal growth and development. They might reapply for the same role a year down the line, having incorporated your feedback, transforming into the perfect fit. Providing feedback will reflect kindly on you as a recruiter, and this will help build your professional image - improving business significantly. Invest in everyone, and in due course, it might yield dividends. Looping back to corporate culture: Building a strong company culture means not only finding the right people but investing in everyone's potential, nurturing their growth, and fostering a workplace where all can thrive - employee or not. #CompanyCulture #Feedback #Recruitment #TalentAcquisition
