I think a bigger issue and question is why is 12.6% of the American population on food stamps to begin with? How many are actually using the EBT cards as a formed of currency, and really don’t deserve to be on the program? How do we audit the system? Get rid of the fraud and get money to the people that really need it. Rather, than your proposal to just kick the can down the road.
