there is a bad narrative about Mike McDaniel out there with his QB1, he's 25-13 (65.8%) #7 best in the NFL with backup QBs the record is bad so that makes him a bad HC? I don't understand that logic at all and here's something that I'd LOVE to hear people explain to me....

Dolphins and DT Zach Sieler reached agreement today on a three-year extension worth up to $67.75 million, including $44 million guaranteed, per Drew and Jason Rosenhaus. Sieler had two years remaining on his deal and he now becomes the Dolphins’ highest-paid defensive player.

Dolphins TE Tanner Conner, who has had a good camp and answers questions thoughtfully, had an interesting answer when asked if McDaniel has changed: "The same Mike. I've been with him ever since he's been here. He's genuine to himself and cares a lot about us and wants everyone to have a special career. Mike hasn't changed at all." But... "I think maybe the emphasis around him and respecting him more as players has changed as we've gotten some players out who might have not been as respectful.... The team is very bought in. They believe in Mike and what he wants to do."
