The great city of Toronto will be hosting a flag raising ceremony for the non existent country of Palestine on November 17th, 2025. The big question is, will @oliviachow attend. A reminder of what the Mayor of Toronto said about NOT attending the flag raising ceremony for Israel last year: “The Mayor will not attend [Israel’s] flag-raising. She believes raising it is divisive at this time, and understands the deep pain and anguish felt by many in the community.” Will she view raising the Palestinian flag as divisive? Or does she not care whatsoever what the Jewish community thinks about it?
