The kicker in this ‘mistake’, according to the protected disclosure, someone also allegedly reported that the surgeon from Great Ormond Street agreed with the palliative diagnosis. Which is a lie. The surgeon from GOSH absolutely supported the need for surgery to go ahead. It wasn’t until months later that the whistleblower saw the report from GOSH that contradicted what had been reported by certain staff in CHI. @CarrollJennifer @SimonHarrisTD this protected disclosure was in your possession prior to our last meeting and yet you never once discussed it with us or attempted to give us any clarity. A copy of a Gosh report dated May 17, 2024, separately obtained by Harvey’s parents, used similar language.
