Here's another: the Superior Courts Act 10 of 2013. It's crime? Most likely section 2(1)(b), which lists, as an object of the Act, "to bring the structure of the Superior Courts in line with the provisions of Chapter 8 and the transformation imperatives of the Constitution".

Here's one of your 142 race laws: the Standards Act 8 of 2008. It's apparent crime? Section 6(3)(a) states that "[w]hen appointing the members of the Board, the Minister must ensure that such members ... are broadly representative of the population of the Republic". That's it.
