Supersonic tsunami is dramatic but he’s right that stopping it is impossible now. Every attempt to slow AI down just shifts who builds it, not whether it gets built.

The speciesism argument is deeply troubling because: 1. It undermines the value of human life, and pre-assumes software consciousness as an inevitability. 2. It paves the way for the annihilation of humanity, given that AI will likely multiply at will, and will be far more powerful than humans, if we let it.

Elon calls AI a supersonic tsunami, unstoppable, accelerating, indifferent to who’s ready. He built OpenAI to balance Google, yet the race only intensified. The real question isn’t who leads AI, It’s whether humanity can guide the wave we’ve unleashed.

AI can be positive or negative, depends on programming, learning, and motives. Useful for science, but is science advancing knowledge and well-being, or just fiercly motivating dominance and manipulation? The scientific orientation is important. AI is a tempting Trojan horse.🕸️🌎
