Sweden now has more gang criminals than Norway has soldiers.
According to the Norwegian Telegram Bureau, Swedish police have revised their estimate upward, adding another 5,500 gang members, from 62,000 to 67,500.
“Swedish police have raised the estimated number of people they believe are active in or connected to gang crime in the country to 67,500 - 5,500 more than previously estimated. That’s a small army.”
A small army? It’s in fact, larger than Norway’s.
As of 2025, Norway has roughly 12,000 active soldiers in its armed forces:
•Army: 4,500
•Navy: 3,700
•Air Force: 2,500
•Home Guard (mobilized reserve): 37,000
Including reserves, Norway totals about 50,000 personnel, but only 12,000 are full-time professionals.
In other words: Sweden’s gang criminals now outnumber Norway’s active military forces by more than five to one.
…And they’re recruiting across the border.
That should be a reality check for everyone.
The Swedish police report that there are 17,500 active criminal gang members in Sweden. An additional 50,000 people have ties to gang criminality.
We are a country of 10 million people.
Imagine the destruction this will cause. We have only seen the beginning of it.
